    The points are begin calculated, and you can see them in your my account page. The loyalty program interface in the client will be live this Wednesday.

    The update this morning has been completed and the Loyalty tab still doesn’t work. SMH—not a good idea to lie to your customer

    Glad Elite Benefits are back. Couple issues:
    1) I get error message “There was an error redeeming achievement!” when I try to redeem one of the levels of distinction I earned while VIP was still not live.

    2) I don’t see anywhere to convert player points to cash. Is this just an oversight or will it go live soon?
